Buti Sculpt: Buti® Sculpt is a 30 minute HIIT(high intensity interval training) class that uses Spiral Structure Technique® movements during High Intensity segments to SCULPT + TONE the entire body while moving seamlessly into Low Intensity static yoga asanas to stretch the opposing muscle group enhancing recovery speed and preventing injury. HIIT workouts are excellent for burning maximum body fat due to the intervals of max heart rate (MHR) and max effort. The EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) is maximized after performing Buti Sculpt workouts. The benefits of maximized EPOC include hormone balancing, cellular repair, and drastically increased metabolism for the 36 hour period following a HIIT workout. **At the studio we add on a 30 minute yoga asana cool down to make this a 60 minute class. **
Restorative yoga: Restorative yoga is a passive style of yoga that utilizes props to allow the body to open and relax. This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. It is the perfect complement to an active practice. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Chair yoga: Perfect for individuals who have limited mobility, injuries, or would prefer the most gentle introduction to yoga. Chair yoga can provide all the benefits of yoga without the stress of getting up and down on the mat. It is a very meditative, therapeutic, and effective practice.
Yoga 101: a six week introductory course in yoga. If you've felt intimidated by yoga fear no more. Come experience an introduction to the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. We will explore basic breath (pranayama) and posture (asana) practices in a friendly and intimate environment. Time will be allotted for questions. Class is limited to 8 students. Gentle heat(~80).
Meditative chant and gentle stretch: This one hour class will bring focus and peace to your body, mind and spirit. Class will include gentle yoga asana and sanskrit mantra chanting. We will conclude with a prolonged savasana.
