The studio yoga classes:

Hot Yoga/ Hot Slow Flow: Studio will be heated to around 90-100°. Postures will be linked with breath and modifications encouraged to honor your body and breath in the present moment. A slower paced vinyasa yoga practice. 

Buti® Yoga: A Soulful blend of power yoga, high intensity tribal dance and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout will tone and sculpt your body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Buti® is an Indian Marathi word meaning " to cure something hidden beneath the surface.”

Buti® Sculpt: Buti Sculpt is a 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) class that uses Spiral Structure Technique® movements during High Intensity segments to SCULPT + TONE the entire body while moving seamlessly into Low Intensity static yoga asanas to stretch the opposing muscle group enhancing recovery speed and preventing injury.  

HIIT workouts are excellent for burning maximum body fat due to the intervals of max heart rate (MHR) and max effort. The EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) is maximized after performing Buti Sculpt workouts. The benefits of maximized EPOC include hormone balancing, cellular repair, and drastically increased metabolism for the 36 hour period following a HIIT workout. HIIT & Sit is a similar class to Buti Sculpt. **At the studio we add on a 30 minute yoga asana cool down to make this a 60 minute class. ** BYO bands or weights if you want added resistance

DEEP By Buti: Masterful and intentional, DEEP is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core.

DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges 75-90 minutes with seven-minute long meditation.

Somatic Stress Release: NOT a yoga class! This class will focus on gentle body awareness movements and breathing techniques to release stress patterns held in the body and mind.  Be open and willing to move, feel, and express using your body as a tool to heal and move energy.  Any stress or trauma unexpressed, gets repressed, creating dis-ease and symptoms within the body. Somatic movement and breathing gives you an opportunity to be self aware and release unconscious defense mechanisms. Your body keeps score of stress and trauma, body awareness is the first step in healing and releasing this stress. If you’ve not gotten the results you seek with talk therapy, try accessing the innate wisdom and intelligence that lives within your body.

Yoga 101: A six-week introductory course in yoga. If you've felt intimidated by yoga, fear no more. Come experience an introduction to the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. We will explore basic breath (pranayama) and posture (asana) practices in a friendly and intimate environment. Time will be allotted for questions. Class is limited to eight students. Gentle heat(~80). 

Stress Less Stretch: This one-hour class will bring focus and peace to your body, mind and spirit. Class will include a set sequence of yoga postures that will be held approximately one minute. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Primal Flow: Primal flow blends traditional Vinyasa with Buti® Yoga techniques and philosophy to create the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness. This powerful practice elevates your energy and grounds your body, mind and soul. Primal Flow is a meditation in motion that will build your confidence, connection and strength— on and off the mat.
